Having worked in the industry for over 18 years, Ross brings a wealth of international experience. He has led engineering teams in several high-profile London developments, including Principal Tower with Fosters + Partners and 22 Bishopsgate tower with PLP, along with a range of projects in the Middle East. Ross was also involved in the UK Holocaust Memorial, working with Adjaye Associates, Ron Arad Architects and Gustafson Porter + Bowman.
Commenting on his new appointment, Ross says, “Sydney is a resilient city with unique opportunities. My aim is to work closely with our clients to support the city and continue to shape spaces that keep our communities connected."
Ross’s work with the NSW Structures team will contribute to the ever-evolving cityscape in Sydney and its surrounds, with a focus on placemaking and creating a Future Ready city.

Ross is passionate about design and innovation and constantly challenges the limits of standard practice. He says, “I have always loved problem solving, finding solutions and creating ideas. Having spent a lot of time travelling, coming across new people and cultures has given me an immense appreciation for discovery.”
Throughout his career Ross has worked closely with many globally renowned clients and stakeholders, including Oxford University, Land Securities and Brookfield Multiplex.
