Why did you decide to work at WSP?

To continue to develop my procurement skills at a large corporation with several options for working on large-scale projects around the world.

 

What do you appreciate the most about your work at WSP?

I appreciate my managers’ support and trust. They listen to me and address my short- and long-term career goals.

 

What does the Future Ready approach mean to you?

For me, the Future Ready approach means that everyone commits to reflecting on and accounting for the future in the decisions we make today. I apply this approach to all my decisions in both my personal and work life.

I see my future at WSP because it's a top employer that offers many advantages to employees and long-term stability.

 

Describe a project that you were proud to work on.

I'm proud to have worked on a gold mine construction project in Nunavut where I was the contract director for three years. It was a huge success for the team because we delivered the project on time and we complied with the planned budget.
