Leading a team of approximately 100 engineers, designers and construction administrators, Stewart is acutely familiar with the management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Stewart has worked with communities across North and South America to deliver Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects. 

Most recently, Stewart has served as the program manager of the City of Toronto Watermain Rehabilitation Program since 2015. In that time, he has overseen the rehabilitation of over 10% of the City’s distribution network.
