The new WWZ Zug building is an office building with an integrated computer centre. The building consists of 3 upper floors for office use and 3 basement floors with car parking garage, computer centre, mains backup and transformer system. The roof and the facades are equipped with photovoltaic panels.
The computer centre complies with the Uptime Institute "Tier IV Standard". The installed cooling capacity is 2 x 566 kW.
Systems planned by us:
- Heat generation
The heat is generated by 2 heat pumps consisting of 2 modules with 70kW each. The waste heat from the computer centre is refined and fed into the heating network.
- Cooling generation
2 cooling generator groups, each consisting of an ammonia cooler with piston compressor of 560 kW
- Heat / cold distribution
Air-conditioning of the office floors on the ground floor to the 2nd floor by means of hybrid ceiling modules to fulfil the multifunctionality of heating, cooling, ventilation and acoustics.
