WSP Celebrates Grand Opening of Conrad Shenyang Hotel in China

WSP, one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms with a reputation for delivering SMART and Future Ready designs, is proud to have played a significant role in the recently completed mega-size Forum 66 mixed-use development which includes the magnificent Conrad Shenyang Hotel.

Situated on the upper levels of the 350m commercial tower, the 315-room Conrad Shenyang hotel offers its guests breathtaking views of the city of Shenyang plus luxury accommodation with some of Shenyang's largest guest rooms, six restaurants and bars, indoor pool, seven conference rooms with approximate 2,000 sq.m of sophisticated meeting space, a 1,000-sq.m grand ballroom and outdoor terrace.

Developed by Hang Lung Properties, Forum 66 is an 842,400 sq.m mixed-use development which incorporates a world-class shopping mall and one of the tallest commercial towers in northeast China consisting grade A office facilities, serviced apartments and the Conrad Shenyang Hotel. 

WSP has worked closely with the Hang Lung Properties team to deliver this landmark project in Shenyang. Our role as the MEP consultant engineer and LEED consultant spanned several stages of the project including master planning for the entire project, design, construction supervision and coordination during fitting out and commissioning.
