The development has a total GFA of approximately 320,000 sq.m, comprising 5-star hotel, ‘Grade A’ offices, serviced suites /serviced apartments, commercial properties and related ancillary facilities.
The elevation of all three towers adopt an irregular floor plate creating great challenge of columns positioning to meet the seismic design criteria in Shanghai and cost-effective solution without sacrificing the usable floor spaces and functional needs.
The building height is 179m, 134.3m and 99.8m for Office, Hotel and Serviced Apartment, respectively. All three towers are linked by a 5-storey podium, together with two levels of basement offering generous amenities of ballrooms, multi-function meeting space, restaurants, trade mart, leisure lifestyle retail, and car parking facilities.
We provided full civil, structural and geotechnical engineering consultancy services for the project, which was completed in January 2011.
