This year’s report tagline is
Agile. Empowered. Resilient. Beyond the context of the current COVID-19 pandemic, sustainability is a core element of our strategy; it impacts our whole organization and will ultimately help us navigate this crisis more efficiently. The more agile our business model continues to be, and the more empowered our people are, the more resilient we will be in the face of adversity.
In 2019, we created a global Sustainability Task Force, composed of representatives from our operating regions and global corporate experts, to tackle some of the most pressing items on our sustainability agenda. Under the guidance of our newly appointed Global Sustainability Sponsor,
André-Martin Bouchard, Global Director, Environment & Resources, we will continue to count on the Task Force to support sustainability-linked objectives, such as the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets for our global operations.
