On 24 May 2018, Alex Wan was invited by the Kiinko Real Estate Education and University of Tampere, Finland to share his thoughts on SMART City trends in Hong Kong with construction sector and real estate professionals / CEOs studying for their EMBA and were visiting Hong Kong as part of a study tour. 

With over 25 years of experience specializing in ICT, traffic control, communications and electronic systems, Alex is a Director, Infrastructure, China region.  During his presentation, he spoke about the vision of Hong Kong to maximize the use technology for the good of the community and its people and the Hong Kong SMART City Blueprint which was published in December 2017 and revised in January 2018.
