The BQC recognises Grade-A office and commercial property projects that were completed in the past two years in Beijing’s CBD that sets the benchmark for excellence. WSP served as the MEP engineering consultant on six out of the eight winning projects in the Six-Star Super Grade-A commercial projects category.

Projects recognised include:

China World Trade Centre, Beijing
1,100,000 sq.m mixed-use development with a 330m tower and a 298m tower.

Beijing Kerry Centre
A commercial and residential development comprising of twin high-rise 31-storey office towers and two apartment blocks on top of a four-storey commercial podium. 

Beijing Yintai Centre
350,000 sq.m mixed-use development comprising of a 250m tower and two 180m towers. 

Beijing Fortune Financial Center
A 176,000 sq.m  mixed-use development with a 265m commercial tower. 

Emperor Group Centre Beijing
A 100,000 sq.m mixed-use development with a 120m office tower with a 6-level retail podium.

Beijing Jiaming Centre
90,000 sq.m office and commercial development with a 20-storey tower.
