Ir Kenneth Li appointed as a member of Expanded Building Committee of HKSAR’s Buildings Department

Congratulations to Ir Kenneth Li, Executive Director, Building MEP, China Region at WSP Asia, on his appointment as a member of Expanded Building Committee of HKSAR’s Buildings Department for a three-year term (2020 – 2023).

Nominated from Hong Kong Green Building Council, Kenneth will work closely with other Expanded Building Committee members to advise the Building Authority or his delegated officers on vetting the proposals related to Practice Notes for Authorized Persons (PNAP) APP-152 on Sustainable Building Design Guidelines and APP-130 on Lighting and Ventilation Requirements – Performance-based Approach.
