Jointly organised by Build4Asia and PRC Magazine, the inaugural awards celebrate the achievements, developments and innovations in the building industry, honouring different players including developers, architects, engineers, interior designers and contractors.
WSP Hong Kong office is involved in two of the projects awarded under Architecture (Developers and Architects) category, both are in progress under the same developer, Henderson Land.
Zaha Hadid-designed 2 Murray Road project is set to be the latest iconic mixed-use development in the Central CBD with its bespoke voluptuous built form. The 190m-tall skyscraper will be an urban oasis with Smartness and Novel Technologies, many of them realised by WSP’s building service solutions, and lush green space.
WSP’s role as the BIM consultant in the new residential development at the southeast end of the government-planned North East New Territories New Development Area is also recognised. With five towers providing more than 1,500 units, the ‘Riverside Community’ is expected to be the first completed residential projects in Fanling north area.
Build4Asia is the largest biennial tradeshow for building, electrical engineering and security services in Hong Kong, offering a platform for suppliers and buyers for a wide range of building-related products and services.
