WSP Middle East’s Sustainable Resource Management Lead – Environment & Sustainability, Farah Yassine has featured in the March edition of MEP Middle East magazine to share her passion for gender equality and sustainability.

Featuring alongside 15 industry experts, Farah shares insights into her career journey and discusses the need to encourage more future female talent into sustainability and engineering roles.

Farah also promotes the need for greater inclusion and diversity by redefining the perceptions that society and our industry have about who designers and engineers should and can be.

“From 2021 onward, I believe greater change must be made at grassroot levels. Alongside my peers at WSP and EmiratesGBC, I’m excited by the potential we have to create positive changes towards achieving gender equality, empowering women, and making engineering and sustainability more inclusive for people of all backgrounds and minorities,”  Farah says.
