Simon Ng Discusses Implementation of BIM for Facility Management

Simon Ng, Associate Director & Regional Senior BIM Manager, China Region, delivered a presentation at the Autodesk University China which was held in Shanghai on the 2nd and 3rd of November.

Sharing his experience on adopting BIM on various projects in the region, Simon discussed the benefits, successes and also the challenges of adopting BIM for facility management and also discussed BIM applications in the construction sector as it moves away from the traditional methods of delivery to a more data driven digital approach to design, construction and facility management.
