WSP Earns Grand Award from the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM)

WSP won the Grand Award in the Consulting Firm Category at the HKIBIM Directory and Award Ceremony on 27 June 2018 held in Hong Kong.

Accepting the award for WSP were, Colin Chung, Kenneth Li, Simon Ng, Steven Lai, Pin Yat-Fan, Choy Lok-Man and Brian Chiu. The Grand Award is another recognition of WSP’s commitment to adopting cutting edge technologies to future proof projects for tomorrow’s generation.

Established in Jan 2009, the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling recognizes companies that actively use BIM, a globally-recognized technology that increases productivity and decreases risks and costs for the design, construction, and operation of a building. Application of BIM technology in the public sector has gained substantial backing earlier this year when the Hong Kong Government reconfirmed their commitment in promoting the technology.
