WSP Maintains Top Spots in 2019 ENR Magazine Annual Rankings

Engineering News-Record (ENR)’s annual rankings for the Top 225 International Design Firms and the Top 150 Global Design firms were recently released, and WSP is proud to have once again been ranked first in the Transportation sector.

In the Top 225 International Design firms, (based on design-specific export revenue—generated from projects outside each firm's respective home country; in our case, Canada).

WSP received top-tier rankings in the following sectors: 

  • #1 in Transportation (#1 last year)
  • #2 in the Top 225 International Design firms (#4 last year)
  • #4 in Buildings (#4 last year)
  • #5 in Power (#9 last year)
  • #7 in Water (not ranked last year) 
  • #8 in Hazardous Waste (#6 last year)

As for the list of Top 150 Global Design Firms (based on total design-specific revenue regardless of where the projects were located), we maintained our ranking of #6.

Additionally, we are in the top ten regional rankings for our work in Europe, Asia/Australia, and the United States. As our headquarters are in Canada, we are not ranked for ENR’s Canada region.
