Henry Huang Presents at Tall Buildings Submit

WSP’s Dr Henry Huang, Director, Structural, China Region presented at the 4th Summit on Tall Buildings and High Density Core Area Development and Renewal in Suzhou, China on 25 September.

Jointly organised by the Architectural Society of China and Committee of Council on Highrise Building and Habitat Environment (CHHE-ASC), the summit discussed trending topics in optimising the quality of tall buildings and high density core area with more than 30 keynote speakers from leading international firms, local design institutes and overseas consultants.

Dr Huang delivered a keynote speech titled ‘Application of Energy Dissipation Technology and Damper for High-Rise Building Structure’ on the main stage, sharing with industry experts and leaders from around the world WSP’s experiences in designing high-rise buildings.
