The project located at the CBD area of the Hexi New District of Nanjing City, occupies a land area of 168,000sq.m. It is composed of three 48-storey office towers (200m) on top of the same retail podium and basement car park. It has a total GFA of approximately 370,000 sq.m. above ground and 280,000 sq.m. underground (6000 parking lots).
We are responsible for building services engineering consultancy for the development from schematic design, detail design to review of construction drawings prepared by others.
