Identifying Gaps in Assessment of Infrastructure Resilience

Investors are expressing an increased interest in understanding the resilience of property and infrastructure assets. Michael Mondshine, WSP USA sustainability and energy vice president, identified three things investors may be missing that could cause overconfidence in an asset’s resiliency.
