Le Phare project in Quebec, Canada, presents a one-of-a-kind design for a mixed-use space. Considered the driving force of new economic growth, “Le Phare de Québec” complex will provide a perfect balance between an exceptional workplace and exciting urban life.
Le Phare will consist of four towers (17, 32, 56 and 68 storeys) with the tallest tower at 250 metres, making it the tallest building in the Quebec province. It has a floor space of over two million sq. ft. with 1,100 residential and leased units, 200 condos, commercial and office space, and a 150-room hotel. Plans to create an observation deck on the top two floors with an accompanying restaurant that offers 360-degree panoramic views of Quebec City is also part of the design. A multimedia 700-seat concert hall and public space for year-round use will bring the neighbourhood together for entertainment, celebrations, and leisure activities. The green and lively plaza, including a fountain or skating rink depending on the season, will provide an extensive sensory experience to add value to the site and the neighbourhood.
