WSP Presents at Penang Transport Forum Malaysia

James Pang, Managing Director for WSP Malaysia, was invited by the High Commission of Canada and the Malaysia-Canada Business Council (MCBC) to present and be an expert panel member at the Penang Transport Forum held at the Wembley Hotel in Penang, Malaysia on 15th October. 

The panel discussion was on the subject of “A Sustainable Transportation Blueprint” where panelists provided analysis of successful transit-oriented development strategies from around the world and international best practices. 

At the event, James presented a paper titled “Sustainable Transit Oriented Developments” which addresses key issues associated delivering sustainable TOD and Transport Master Plan initiatives.  

The event was well attended by more than 120 attendees including the Penang State Government, as well as various other government representatives, academics and industry leaders.
