Specialising in the design and contract supervision of the electrical, security, vertical transportation and miscellaneous systems of different types and scales of building projects in Asia, W S has more than 35 years of experience in the engineering consulting arena which makes him well-suited for the Chairman position.  He will be working with other Committee members to promote electrical engineering, particularly among younger generations, for sustainable development of the Division and the industry.

The Electrical Division aims to promote the advancement of electrical engineering and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas in Hong Kong.  Moreover, it offers services to help its members developing their careers in the field.  It also provides formal representation on the Councils and Boards of Institution.
