WSP supports efforts to fight gender bias, stereotyping and prejudice this International Women’s Day

At WSP, we are committed to driving gender balance across our offices.  As announced in our 2019 -2021 Strategic Plan, we aim to increase the percentage of management positions held by women to 30%.  More recently, we have become the first professional services firm in the Americas to secure sustainability-linked terms for its syndicated credit facility with our commitment to gender balance, as one of three key parameters.

In staying true to our guiding principles, we treat everyone fairly, equally and with respect and we will continue to change attitudes towards gender equality.
