Three Sites in TEDA
We provided integrated building services and environmental engineering design to Atkins on the concept design of three sites in TEDA, which has a total GFA of approximately 400,000 sq.m.
Our analysis included microclimate, building skin, natural ventilation, daylighting, energy and carbon, mechanical systems, district-wide reclaimed water strategies, building integrated renewable technology (PV, Geothermal and Wind Energy).
TEDA Plaza A-B & Central Square
This project is the main part of Tianjin Development Modern Service District. It is located at the crossing of Second Street and New Town West & East Roads. It occupies 54,000sq.m. and has a total GFA of about approximately 491,000 sq.m., offering four office towers designed and built in accordance to international ‘Grade 5A’ standards, and a large central square for commercial/retail usage.
We were responsible for building services engineering design for the project from concept to schematic design, tender documentation and construction drawings review, construction coordination services.
The construction was completed in 2012.
