Strefa Wilanów (a new neighborhood certified by WSP) has got a prestigious BREEAM certificate with Good rating, which proves the eco-friendliness of the solutions used in the project.  It is the only residential neighborhood in the Warsaw district Wilanów and one of the first in Poland certified in this system. Simultaneously, the developer, Yareal Polska, commenced building pavement, bike lines and parking spaces along Kieślowskiego street, filling the lacking urban infrastracture of the region.
