• In addition to a long list services for oil/gas clients; LTE has developed and deployed innovative program(s) to serve the energy industry while responding to ever changing regulatory requirements such as Airwatch™; a continuous perimeter air quality monitoring program. Airwatch™ serves as a bridge to community health and safety concerns through real-time air data collection around oil and gas facilities. Among many benefits, it provides the operators immediate notification in changes in air quality and safeguards against extended releases or leaks that could translate into to community health issues and/or product loss and revenue generation for client’s and communities throughout the Rocky Mountain region. 
• In support of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District’s goal of providing water resources to users in Northern Colorado, LTE conducts monthly water quality sampling of the Cache Le Poudre River between April and September of each year. Samples are collected along an approximately 50-mile reach of the river, from a point near the Seaman Reservoir, extending to the confluence with the South Platte River.
• Adherence to rigorous quality assurance/quality control protocol ensures the accuracy of an extensive data base of water quality information. To ensure data integrity, LTE constructed a mobile sampling trailer to provide a controlled environment for processing samples where laboratory reporting limits are at a parts per trillion level. 
• Along the Platte river in Denver, Colorado; LTE provided on-call Environmental Site Services to the City and County of Denver including Phase ESAs, Phase II ESAs, regulated asbestos containing soil (RACS) management, asbestos building surveys, remedial planning among other services. Brownfield redevelopment work has also been conducted under both the South Platte RiverPlace Initiative and the Colfax Mainstreet Coalition Brownfields Grants. This influential project served to improve a park in the heart of Denver-metro providing a stage for both community activities and recreational engagement. 
• The Western Slope Industrial and Rail property in Fruita, Colorado was used to process Gilsonite from 1956 to 1972.  Closure operations have been underway since the mid-1990s.  LTE successfully closed over 40 hazardous waste units including aboveground storage tanks and ponds enabling the owner to begin turning the property into marketable parcels for commercial and industrial use.
