WSP in the Middle East’s week-long #EachforEqual campaign has received widespread recognition for its contributions towards empowering Gender Balance, Diversity, and Inclusion in the region.
As employees embraced the #EachforEqual pledge and took a stand for adopting equal opportunities in the workplace, media outlets such as Middle East Construction News, Construction Week, and Zawya featured coverage of the company’s contributions.
WSP in the Middle East also received further industry appreciation in an exclusive Construction Week article featuring Dean McGrail, Managing Director for Property & Buildings, as he explored gender diversity and its impact on the industry.
Additionally, the company was the first to feature in Construction Week’s International Women’s Day 2020 wrap up alongside other notable UAE organisations and government entities including Transguard Group, DP World, and DEWA.
Construction Week Editor Ashley Williams also praised the company’s efforts in a special CW in Focus video segment, which touched on the launch of WSP’s milestone Maternity Policy.
