Alex Batraneanu is the Managing Director for Romania with more than 10 years of experience in WSP. He joined the Corporation in August 2007 as Financial Controller with base in the Stockholm office, Sweden. A year later, Alex was transferred to the Bucharest office in Romania as Financial Director as part of a new established management team. He held this role until transitioning to the role of Managing Director in November 2010. Prior to joining WSP, he worked in the banking sector and his background is in Business Economics and Finance.
