Enhancing the resilience of rail systems in the backdrop of user needs for sustainable, reliable, safe and healthy transport. We present our model for Rail Systems Advisory which seeks the balance of needs amongst the diverse users of transport systems.
This presentation showcases the model with examples of application to transport systems in Asia: Maintenance Concept Enhancement, Assessment and Assurance of Trackwork, and Signalling Resilience Investigation.
