Career development programs
- Leadership Forum is our global talent network where those who have shown high performance and the potential to grow into more senior roles - and/or are identified as a role model - can participate. The program gives you both individual leadership development and access to new contacts among WSP employees worldwide.
- Nordic Taskforce is our career development program aimed at employees in the Nordic countries who are between 28 and 34 years old. Each year, the group is also commissioned by the management team to illuminate an strategic issue from different points of view.
- Global Exchange is an exchange program where our leading experts in various fields of knowledge, based on various technical themes, get the opportunity to travel and connect with colleagues within WSP in other countries.
- Reach Development program is a program for personal development where employees receive help and tools to strengthen their growth mindset and thereby increase their development potential going forward.
