Anna-Lena Öberg Högsta
Anna-Lena Öberg Högsta has been CEO of WSP Sweden since August 2022. She is also CEO of WSP Norden since October 2021. Before this, Anna-Lena was CEO of Golder Europe for several years, a company that WSP acquired in April 2021. Anna-Lena is a technical doctor and associate professor in geotechnics, and has 28 years of experience in the environmental and construction industry as well as over 20 years of experience in leading international roles.
Christian Castillo Mellberg
Christian Castillo Mellberg is CFO at WSP and was recruited in 2022 from the role as CFO at Volvo Car Mobility Sweden, part of the Volvo Cars Group. Christian has extensive experience in economics from, for example, EF Education First, where he has had several leading roles, including in the US and the Middle East.
Charlotta Järnstedt is General Counsel at WSP and was recruited in 2016. Charlotta has extensive experience of acquisitions and mergers. She graduated from Lund University in 2008, and before coming to WSP she worked for the law firm Vinge. She has also worked for H&M and the restructuring company Apoteket Omstrukturering AB.
Chief Information Officer
Kristian Jennersjö has been CIO WSP Nordics since 2021. When recruited to WSP in 2018 he first worked in Finance, continuing with IT in 2020. He has extensive experience in the consulting industry and has driven change management in several companies. He is a civil engineer within electrical engineering, with a focus on computer technology from Chalmers University of Technology.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Helena Strandlund Selander
Helena Strandlund Selander is Marketing and Communications Manager at WSP. She has a master’s degree in Public Administration supplemented with educations in economics and marketing. Helena has held several communication and leadership roles within the Volvo Group. She comes most recently from a role as Head of Communication Sandvik Machining.
Executive Director Business Development
Arnold Stifors is Executive Director Business Development at WSP and was recruited in 2015. During the course of his career Arnold has been responsible for strategic sales as well as customer and service development in a global environment. He has held various managerial roles, including Vice President at Capgemini and Partner at Accenture. Before Arnold started at WSP he worked for the Danish company EG A/S, where he was Divisional Director.
Chief Human Resource Officer
Henrik Allansson is Chief Human Resource Officer at WSP and was recruited in 2022. Henrik has almost 20 years experience of working in an international environment in the Telecommunications industry and the Management Consulting industry. He has an extensive management experience and deep skills in HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Recruiting and Resource Management.
Sector Manager Transport & Infrastructure
Anna Lundman is Sector Manager at Transport & Infrastructure. In 1993 Anna graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm as a Civil Engineer. She was recruited to WSP in 2018, coming from a post as Maintenance Director for the Swedish Transport Administration. Anna has broad experience in the field of the built environment, as well as experience of managerial roles at the client end, including as a Project Manager, consultant and contractor.
Sector Manager Energy, Resources & Industry
Mattias Hörling is Sector Manager at Energy, Resources & Industry and was recruited to WSP in 2018. In 2001 Mattias graduated from Stockholm’s Royal Institute of Technology, as a Civil Engineer in the field of roads and waterways, bearing structures, and comes from a post as CEO of VR-Track Sweden AB. Mattias has extensive experience of the built-environment sector and the consultancy industry, including various managerial roles at Reinertsen and Sweco Management.
Business Area Director Advisory
Fredrik Bergström is Business Area Director at Advisory and was recruited to WSP in 2008. Fredrik, who holds a PhD in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, comes from the Swedish Retail Institute, where he was CEO. He is a manager with a strong investigative background and a broad interest in social issues. Fredrik has particularly focused on competitive issues, economic growth and assessment of industrial-policy measures. He also has extensive experience of marketing and impact analyses of the retail trade.
Sector Manager Property & Buildings
Gunnar Linder is Sector Manager at Property & Buildings and has worked in the company since 1988. He began his journey at WSP as a junior electrical engineer and has since then held a number of leading positions, including Regional Manager for WSP Systems. Gunnar is representing WSP Sweden in healthcare matters in a global WSP context.
Sector Manager Earth & Environment
Kristina Englund is Sector Manager at Earth & Environment. In 2014 Kristina was recruited to WSP as Section Manager, and took up the post of Business Area Director at WSP Environmental in 2017. Kristina has extensive experience of the consultancy industry, and has had managerial roles, including at ÅF, Hifab and Ramboll.
Business Area Director Project Management
Maria Grimmer is Business Area Director for Project Management. Maria started as a Landscape Architect, and in 1999 she started working at J&W in Falun, now WSP. Since then, she has held various positions, including as Regional Manager at Sweco Architects and Ramböll Samhällsbyggnad. In 2020, Maria returned to WSP as Regional Manager for Stockholm within WSP Management.
