Thomas Chan joins the Task Force for the Study on Tenancy Control of Subdivided Units

Invited by the Office of the Secretary for Transport and Housing Government Secretariat, Thomas Chan will serve in his own professional capacity with HKIE as a Member of a newly formed Task Force for the Study on Tenancy Control of Subdivided Units (“Task Force”).

The Task Force was launched following the announcement of the Government’s 10 new livelihood initiatives to substantially enhance the support for grassroots and underprivileged people in January.  Thomas will join like-minded professionals to study the feasible options and provide objective recommendations on the tenancy control of subdivided units.
