The design encompasses a curved glass façade reflecting the site contexts, creating interesting internal spaces, with a three-story foyer main entrance that is lit by natural light filtered through skylights. The key signature feature of the building is the landscape courtyard, providing that sense of daylight ambience throughout the building with the use of full height glass façade and fitted with vertical fins to effectively control the heat gain. Low transmission glasses are used to further reduce radiation and to keep the building energy consumption to minimum. Facilities consist of offices, labs, dental clinics, tutorial rooms, seminar rooms, x-ray unit and student lounge.
