Mr. Halczli, who will be based in the firm’s Newark office, has over 33 years of diverse structural engineering experience. He has been responsible for structural design projects for the New Jersey Highway Authority, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He has also directed numerous construction engineering projects involving segmental bridge construction.
Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Mr. Halczli was a vice president in the New Jersey office of a national engineering firm. He previously served as chief structural engineer for the New Jersey Highway Authority, responsible for the execution of design, inspection, and rehabilitation of the Garden State Parkway in New Jersey.
A licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Halczli received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University.
