Mr. Bloom is a design engineer, commissioning service provider and project manager, responsible for design, commissioning and LEED documentation for a wide variety of projects, including data centers, hospitals and medical facilities, laboratories, class-A office space, mixed-use and multi-family developments. He has designed mechanical systems for hospitals across the country, and has provided commissioning services for such facilities as Parkland Hospital, and the University Medical Center of New Orleans. A licensed professional engineer in Texas, Mr. Bloom received a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.
Mr. Harrington brings extensive knowledge and experience to his primary role as an electrical systems engineer on projects involving commercial, government, civic, residential, and retail facilities. As a LEED AP, he strives to develop designs that emphasize sustainability and future flexibility, as well as integration of on-site generation and distributed energy resources. A licensed professional engineer in Texas and California, Mr. Harrington received BS degrees in architectural engineering and architecture from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
