Mr. Scolaro has 22 years of experience in environmental planning for highway, transit, and public infrastructure projects. He has managed the public outreach component of numerous transportation studies and has performed quality checks on technical reports and environmental documents. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a senior environmental planner with an international engineering firm.
Mr. Scolaro received a master’s degree in urban planning from New York University and a B.A. from Wayne State University. He is a Certified Environmental Planner in the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the American Planning Association.
