SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA — Jason Majzoub has been named senior area manager for the transportation team in the Inland Empire and Orange County regions at WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services consultancy.
As a vice president and senior area manager, Jason will lead and expand all markets in transportation, support diversification and growth, drive strategic direction, and establish and maintain client relationships to partner on their current and future needs.
“Jason will play an important role in helping WSP meet our client’s objectives and solve their biggest challenges,” said Christopher Peters, senior regional business manager for the West region at WSP. “His understanding of the transportation needs and expectations in the Inland Empire and Orange areas, combined with his leadership abilities, will be a welcome asset providing tremendous value and expertise for our clients here.”
Jason brings more than 35 years of experience in managing the planning, final design and construction of highways, bridges, and other related structures in California. Prior to joining WSP, he served as a vice president and project manager, construction manager and engineering manager for an international engineering firm.
He served as an engineering manager for the Planning of Interstate 405 improvement project and the final design of the Interstate 405/State Route 22 connector project; facility design manager for the Mid-City Exposition Light Rail Transit project in Los Angeles; and construction senior resident engineer for the elevated roadway and freeway ramps at San Francisco International Airport.
Jason is a professional engineer graduate of California State University, Fresno with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in structural engineering and construction management.
