Darrel Cole, vice president/managing director, communications and public involvement practice, has more than 25 years of experience in communications, including as print journalist, working for as a public relations director for a state department of transportation and more than 10 years with WSP. His expertise is in strategic and crisis communications, reputational and thought-leadership communications, team organizational functions and social media. He has been on the front lines managing crisis communications through emergency operations during natural disasters and has managed multiple public relations crisis for public agencies and clients.
