Sustainable Communities in Denmark - Bringing Focus on SDG’s, Net Zero and Sustainable Solutions

There is great interest in the development of shared living communities in Denmark, and many of the projects have sustainability and Net Zero as goals for their construction and way of life. WSP in Denmark has helped a private developer to plan six shared living communities with this focus. This was done in close collaboration with the client and their architect, and the work has resulted in a design and solution manual, which describes concrete sustainability goals and solutions for utilities, construction and the landscape and building plan. WSP in Denmark has since used the same work process and design manual in other projects.
