Our intent is to:

A Global Diversity and Inclusion Policy governs our approach. Regional Diversity Committees (or equivalent forums) are established in most of the Corporation’s principal operating regions, and each regional Managing Director is accountable for the local application of the Diversity and Inclusion Policy.

Gender Balance

Improving gender balance in our teams worldwide is a strategic priority, led by our Senior Vice President, Operational Performance and Strategic Initiatives. This is the right thing to do, and is rightly expected by all our stakeholders.

Regional initiatives implemented to reflect local realities, and progress on key performance indicators tracked quarterly.

Members of 30% Club Canada, indicating our support for women to hold 30% of leadership roles and board seats by 2022.

Signatory to the UN Global Compact, providing access to tools, resources and networks to advance sustainability, including gender balance.

Objective that over 30% of management positions will be held by women by 2021*.

Strategic training for leaders across the globe to advance gender balance across their teams and sectors.
