Located just southeast of Seoul, the recently completed Logiport Icheon facility is one of the newest logistics assets to come online in the increasingly competitive Korean marketplace.

The 43,405-square-meter, four-story structure offers seamless connectivity thanks to a design that provides exterior ramps for direct truck access to each warehouse floor.

WSP provided the initial Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for LaSalle Investment Management, as they embark on new land acquisitions and logistics development in South Korea. WSP was then engaged to provide full Project Management and Construction Management/Supervision services throughout the project.

The Korean logistics market has, in recent years, picked up steam as investors look to acquire or develop high-quality facilities that had otherwise been lacking in the domestic market. These facilities are expected to serve business-to-consumer.
