I joined WSP Middle East in 2021 as a Civil Engineer. Being part of WSP's Graduate Programme has been a wonderful experience. The Programme provided me with the right resources and training opportunities that I needed at the start of my career. It also provided me with mentorship and exposure to several megaprojects in the Middle East. I am now working on a multi-million-riyal aviation project where the team is supporting me to acquire the technical and managerial skills that I need as I am looking forward to giving back to my country and contributing to the success of its development.

Since I joined WSP Middle East in 2021 as a Graduate Architecture Consultant, I have had the privilege of working with a well-diversified and talented team in a very supportive work environment. I was also privileged to be part of WSP’s Graduate Programme, through which I had the chance to visit and work on several major projects in Saudi. The Programme did not only help me build great technical skills, but it also helped me expand my professional network and thus obtain technical support in various project disciplines. I am so proud that I am now working
with WSP on managing the master-planning and design of a multi-billion development scheme in Saudi.
