Decarbonization is pivoting so quickly from a nice-to-have or a secondary priority to a really core aspect of a lot of buildings-related businesses
There are still a lot of companies that don't have SBTi-aligned targets and where this hasn't become a major point of discussion. So I think those buildings will have five years or so where they will be saleable assets. But after that it's going to get harder and their value is going to drop.
