WSP powers 10 project wins at Green Building Award 2025

Our Visioneers celebrate with valued clients at Hong Kong’s flagship green building award, with 10 projects being recognised.

This year’s accolades reaffirm WSP’s unrivalled leadership in sustainable design, engineering and advisory. From pioneering zero-carbon innovation to advancing UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into practice, WSP continues to be a driving force in shaping Hong Kong’s sustainable future.

Several of our Visioneers from various disciplines were invited to attend the award presentation dinner on 13 November, joining our clients and project collaborators in celebrating the remarkable green building achievements.

Among the winners, two flagship commercial developments have triumphed with the coveted Grand Award, showcasing how our cutting-edge building services solutions can transform communities and elevate people’s experience.

Topped out earlier this month, Lee Garden Eight is a pioneer in the adoption of modular multi-trade integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MiMEP) method. It also features Hong Kong’s first commercial distributed district cooling system supported through elevated pedestrian footbridges.

The Henderson, completed in 2024, has been seamlessly integrated into the urban fabric as a green oasis in the heart of Hong Kong’s CBD and achieved an impressive 57% reduction in carbon emissions through smart building technologies and behavioural change.
