WSP has appointed Rob Kettlety and Emma Wyatt to its Middle East Executive Committee, strengthening its regional leadership as the business continues to grow and support clients on ambitious projects and programmes.

Strengthening WSP’s regional leadership

WSP, one of the world’s leading engineering, science and infrastructure solutions firms, has appointed Rob Kettlety and Emma Wyatt to its Middle East Executive Committee. The appointments strengthen WSP’s regional leadership team as the business continues to grow across the Middle East, supporting clients on some of the region’s most ambitious and transformative projects and programmes.

Rob Kettlety, Executive Director, Clients & Growth

Rob has been part of WSP for 16 years and has played a significant role in the firm’s growth journey across the Middle East through commercial, operational and client-facing leadership roles. He has built strong relationships with leading clients and contributed to some of WSP’s most significant opportunities, projects and programmes.

In his new role, Rob will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying future growth opportunities and bringing together expertise from across WSP to help clients deliver complex, high-impact programmes across the region.

We have extraordinary expertise across the Middle East and throughout WSP globally, and my focus will be on connecting our people, clients, and capabilities more effectively to create lasting value. Emma Wyatt, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, EMEIAA

Emma joins the Middle East Executive Committee alongside her role leading Marketing & Communications across Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa and Asia. Having recently relocated to Dubai after previously being based with WSP in the UK, she brings more than a decade of experience leading marketing and communications teams within WSP.

Emma supports business growth, strengthens client engagement and showcases the expertise, innovation and impact delivered by WSP’s people across major projects and programmes. As a member of the Middle East Executive Committee, she will help strengthen WSP’s market profile across the region, connect clients with the firm’s expertise and elevate its people, projects and achievements.

The Middle East is one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions in the world, and I’m delighted to be joining the Executive Committee at such an exciting time for the business. My focus will be on strengthening how we connect our expertise to our clients, enhancing our market profile, and ensuring we continue to tell compelling stories about the extraordinary work our people deliver every day.
