The project involved design, finance and development, as well as equipping, maintaining, and operating a 244-bed public Hospital in Al Madinah for the Ministry of Health which will primarily be an emergency general hospital for the pilgrims.

Tamasuk invited WSP to join their team as Bid Stage Lenders Technical Advisors for their consortium with Alghanim International for the new Al Ansar Hospital.Our role at the transaction stage was centred around risk & due diligence for the lenders with detailed commentary on the Contract Documentation, In addition we are now are supporting the Consortium as Execution stage LTA
