Client / Owner: Major developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Services: WSP was appointed to identify the company's development base position and explore existing challenges and opportunities related to the Modular Methods of Construction (MMC) implementation.
We also provided a comparative analysis of the developer’s product portfolio and MMC practices against industry benchmarks, identified key gaps, and delivered recommendations and priorities to help close the gap to a manufacturing led developer. As a result, we were able to guide the developer on the necessary levers of changes required to inform the development of a detailed MMC strategy and roadmap.
