What will I do as an intern?

Interns may support real project tasks, work with engineers and project teams, and gain exposure to areas such as design, drawings, submissions, reports, document review and other project-related activities.

Will I be assigned to a specific team or discipline?

Yes. Interns will usually be assigned to a relevant business line or project team based on their academic background, interests and available opportunities.

Is prior internship or work experience required?

Prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong interest in engineering consulting, good communication skills, teamwork and a willingness to learn are preferred.

What qualities are you looking for in interns?

We look for students who are curious, proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, able to communicate well and ready to contribute from day one.

Can students from universities outside Hong Kong apply?

Students studying outside Hong Kong may be considered if they meet the visa requirements and are able to work in Hong Kong during the internship period.
