In the article, Brett discusses the growing need for threat and risk assessments in response to recent regional and global events.
Brett also touches on the differences between hard and soft targets and urges that full threat and risk assessments need to be given higher priority – regardless of any preconceptions about a particular building or project’s vulnerability.
