Since joining WSP in 2005, Alan Caldwell has been instrumental in the delivery of some of WSP’s most notable transport and infrastructure projects in the Middle East. With over two decades of experience in the transport and infrastructure sector, Alan’s portfolio includes iconic projects such as the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and the Doha Metro in Qatar. He also led the delivery of numerous road and infrastructure projects in the southern part of Qatar, serving as the Regional Area Delivery Manager for the Local Roads and Drainage Programme (LRDP).
Until recently, Alan was overseeing the operations of the Transport and Infrastructure business unit (BU), where he demonstrated an unrelenting focus on improving the BU’s overall operational efficiency while delivering quality service to our clients and fostering an environment where multidisciplinary collaboration thrived.
