Our Approach

As a Canadian reporting issuer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, WSP complies with all applicable rules adopted by the Canadian Securities Administrators (the “CSA”), as well as the CSA Audit Committee Rules.

WSP also believes it meets and exceeds requirements in National Instrument 58-101 - Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices and National Policy 58-201 - Corporate Governance Guidelines, as reflected in the disclosure made in our Management Information Circular.
